1. Warranty Coverage
Warranty is provided as per manufacturer terms
Warranty period varies by product and brand
Software issues, consumables, and wear-and-tear parts are excluded.
2. Replacement Policy
Replacement is applicable only if:
Product is dead on arrival (DOA)
Manufacturing defect confirmed by technical inspection
Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
Physical damage
Burnt components due to voltage fluctuation
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Improper installation or usage.
4. Replacement Process
Customer must share images/videos of the issue
Technical verification may be required
Replacement or repair will be initiated after approval.
5. Service Support
After warranty period, paid service and spare parts support may be available.
