Refund & Cancellation Policy – MakerJunction

1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email us at support@violet-hawk-792243.hostingersite.com with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are:
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect item received (wrong product or variant)
- Item not as described on the product page
To initiate a return, email support@violet-hawk-792243.hostingersite.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos/video of the issue.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, assembled, or modified
- Filaments and resins that have been opened
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking). Bank processing may take an additional 2–5 days.
5. Warranty Claims
All products sold by MakerJunction carry the manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty claims, contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. See our Warranty Policy for details.
