1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Refund Eligibility
a. 3D Printers & Electronics
Refunds are applicable only if:
The product is defective on arrival
Wrong product delivered
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
b. 3D Printing & Prototype Services
Custom-made services are non-refundable once production has started.
Design approval responsibility lies with the customer.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Change of mind
Incorrect order placed by customer
Damage due to misuse or mishandling.
